Mary Schaper has spent 15 years at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and strategic communications. First on Capitol Hill, then at one of the country's largest trade associations, and as a trusted advisor to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations navigating growth and reputation.

She founded Luna Strategies because she believes good strategy and disciplined communications should be available to organizations of every size. She has led integrated advocacy and communications initiatives, modernized legacy operations, built scalable editorial and marketing systems, and guided organizations through high-visibility moments of transition.
